Quick question for Otleypeople - how many pubs are there in Otley really? Wikipedia seems to have an ongoing controversy over the exact number and I guess it depends if you believe the Black Horse is coming back but really is it that hard to count some pubs up? I make 18 (including the Black Horse, on the assumption it will re-open one day). Any advance on 18?

At Otleypeople we are pretty keen on the Internet. It's a great way of getting a message out to lots of people, a democratic medium that anyone can use to be heard. There's 15,000 people who live in Otley and go online - that's about three quarters of the population of the town.
