Famed in local folklore as having been drunk dry by Cromwell's troops on the eve of the Battle of Marsden Moor. A wonderfully old pub, well worth a visit to see a slice of Otley history.

The Manor House is one of those pubs that, growing up, we just never went in-which is a shame, because in the winter especially it offers a warm welcome, good beer and a decent atmosphere.
